1) Deadline

Return requests must be made within 60 calendar days from the receipt of the product, via the contact form or by email to customer service.

2) Eligibility Conditions

• Perfect working condition.
• No signs of impact or deterioration.
• Return in original packaging.
• Product not modified, disassembled, or altered.

Any product not meeting these conditions may be refused or subject to a discount proportionate to the observed loss of value.

3) Products subject to specific conditions

4) Prior authorization

All returns must be validated by customer service before shipping. No packages returned without prior agreement can be processed.

5) Return costs

6) Refund
